Profile: English Teacher

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Teach Spoken English to primary and middle school students using engaging and interactive methods
• Improve students’ listening, speaking, pronunciation, and vocabulary through daily practice activities
• Conduct fun learning sessions such as role-plays, conversations, storytelling, group discussions, and presentations
• Simplify grammar concepts for young learners and help them apply them in spoken communication
• Design age-appropriate lesson plans, worksheets, and practice exercises tailored to each grade level
• Use audio-visual tools, games, and learning activities to make sessions effective and enjoyable
• Assess students’ speaking abilities through periodic tests, oral assessments, and classroom activities
• Track and record student progress and maintain attendance and performance reports
• Create a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment where students feel confident to speak
• Communicate student progress to parents during meetings when required
• Participate in school events, teacher training sessions, and workshops related to language development

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Arts, or any relevant field.
• Strong command over spoken and written English is essential.
• 1–3 years of teaching experience in English or English language training

 Job Type: Full-time 
 Experience: 1–5 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)
