Job Summary

Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end onboarding process including documentation, verification, issuance of appointment letters, ID cards, and employee code creation.

  • Conduct new hire inductions and ensure smooth integration of employees into the organization.

  • Manage joining formalities and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems/files.

  • Monitor and update attendance records on a regular basis.

  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee files, and internal trackers.

  • Assist in generating HR-related reports (attendance, leave, MIS reports, etc.).

  • Support day-to-day HR operational tasks and respond to employee queries.
