Job Description
Handle end-to-end onboarding process including documentation, verification, issuance of appointment letters, ID cards, and employee code creation.
Conduct new hire inductions and ensure smooth integration of employees into the organization.
Manage joining formalities and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems/files.
Monitor and update attendance records on a regular basis.
Maintain and update HR databases, employee files, and internal trackers.
Assist in generating HR-related reports (attendance, leave, MIS reports, etc.).
Support day-to-day HR operational tasks and respond to employee queries.
