Training Retired Army Personnel in Multi-Skill Technician (MST) Courses – RAC, EHA & Solar with AR/VR Integration
1. Overview
The Multi-Skill Technician (MST) training program is designed to upskill retired army personnel in high-demand technical domains such as Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC), Electrical Home Appliances (EHA), and Solar Energy Systems.
The program incorporates Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) tools to enhance hands-on learning, improve safety, and simulate real-world repair and installation scenarios.
