Prerana invites applications from social work professionals, child protection practitioners, and committed individuals for the Specialised Social Case Worker (SSCW) Program—a structured, certified capacity-building initiative aimed at strengthening district-level child protection systems.

? About the Program
* The SSCW Program addresses critical human resource gaps in child protection by training skilled case workers to support child victims of sexual violence through rehabilitation, restoration, justice processes, and access to welfare schemes.

- 10 months
* Completely free of cost

* 4-day in-person (offline) kick-start training
* Exposure visits with district child protection mechanisms
* Online webinars
* Refresher training
* Hands-on casework experience 
* One-day thematic workshop

- ITPA Act
- Child Rights and relevant laws
- Juvenile Justice (JJ) Act, 2015 (CWC, SIR, ICP, etc.)
- POCSO Act, 2012 and procedures
- Principles and processes of social casework
* Effective documentation
